About

Irma Zoulane is a writer.

They are a she, or a they. What does it really mean, anyway?

Irma is from the French part of Canada, and sometimes her native language pops up in random posts. Maybe Italian and Spanish, too.

Irma is autistic,
and also a translator, an industrial designer,  a photographer, a good friend, a loner, a good child carer, not a mother, a gardener, very sensitive to smells and tastes and sounds, and an enthusiastic list-maker.

She is a feminist
and loves chocolate, and dogs, forests and the ocean side, and the busy silence of nature.

Randomness is the universe, serendipity is what our feeble and extraordinary minds get to grasp. An attempt to put it into words is as fleeting and humble as the bee’s busy work, pollinating ideas.
